How to cancel two licences

I’ve got three licences – one for Home PC, one for Laptop and one for Notebook. I need to remove two licences [for Laptop and Notebook] but not sure which ones. Then I’ll use the freed-up licences for my phone and a new laptop that I’ll be getting. Can anyone tell me how to know which licence to remove? Thanks for your help with this.

Please post back progress

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I now have an inkling that the oldest licence will be the one I want to keep because I had that on my home PC first, then later I used the other licences on my laptop and notebook. But before I remove the licences I’ll certainly look at your advice and see how it goes. Thanks again. Your help is much appreciated. Diana

BJM guru, thank you for your help with this. I’ve managed to find out which of my devices I no longer use and unsubscribe from them. And I now have two licences that I can transfer to my new devices. I’m pleased that you have helped me.

Thanks!

How do I cancel Norton?

How long have you had your subscription? If less than 60 days, you can request a refund. Norton Support

If more than 60 days, you will not get a refund. What you need to do is go into your Norton Account and turn off Automatic renewal for your product. Click on the user icon at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and you should see an Auto Renewal link to the right side.

Then, also in your Account, remove your billing information from your profile, to ensure nothing else can be charged to your card.
