I have a norton 360 key for use on three computers. One of my computers has stopped working and can't be started. How can i transfer norton 360 and activate it my new computer as my account says i am using all three keys? Thank you.

In a case like this, I would suggest contacting customer support using the free chat. Please explain to them what has happened and also have your key handy. Customer support is the dept that can fix problems such as these.
