How to change account holder name back to my dad's name?

Hi for some reason my dad's Norton account is showing my name as the account holder rather than his. Awhile back I did enter my credit card details and I thought that this must have automatically updated the account holder name to mine rather than my dads. However, I have just updated the credit card details associated with the account and my name is still showing as the account name. When I go to account settings it shows my name and address and there doesn't seem to be any option to edit this section either. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks

I'm thinking the edit pencil is there...albeit faint.  Can you change theme to a lighter theme.  Try hovering your mouse.  I'm thinking I can see faint edit pencil near the end of the line.   Maybe, it's my imagination.  

btw:  I have no personally identifiable information with my Norton account.  Just me. 

Yes, I thought that it would be that simple too but for some reason there is no option to edit this information. I've attached a screenshot of how it appears on my dads account. I can't find anyway to change it and and have no idea why it changed in the first place as it was never requested. I assumed it was to do with the name on the bank account linked for payment but as that has been changed back to my dads I can't work out how to change this or why it has happened. It has been my dad's Norton account for years and so shouldn't have my name as the owner of the account.... Any other ideas would be really appreciated. I've spent ages going through all the options and still have no idea...

Log into your Norton Account and click on the My Account at the top right and click on Account Settings. Scroll down to Name, address, and mobile phone. Click on the pencil icon at the right of Name and you should be able to change the name there.
