Since you cannot attach jpgs or any other picture format in these forums, there is an option. Turn them into pdfs. There is one catch, the size of the pdf can be no larger than 256MB. I do not know if that is the total for all attached files or per file, it does not state it. I have included where to get the programs at the end of this document, since you may not already have them on your system.
Notice I do not have affiliations with any of the companys or authors of any of these programs. I am also not affiliated with Norton or Symantec or any of its' holdings.
Some simple ways to turn a jpg into a PDF.
The first option creates one of the largest output file size. The second option is smaller, and the third is the smallest.
1. Open the "picture" with the Google's Chrome browser.
In the address bar type in the fold location of the file, for example "file:///C:/Users/YourAccountNameHere/Pictures/"
Select the picture from the folder and open it.
Next press the "ctrl" and without releasing it press the letter "p" "<ctrl-p>", this is a standard short cut to the print menu in Chrome.
Write down your current printer "Destination", if you hold your mouse over the printer icon by the word "Destination" the full name of the printer will be displayed.
Now change the "Destination" by clicking on the "Change..." button and select "Save as PDF", this will change the "Print" button into the "Save" button.
Now Click on the "Save" button, it should display your download folder with the picture "File name:" as a pdf file. Click on "Save".
Now do the <ctrl-p> again and reset chrome to your original printer, otherwise everything you print from chrome with be set to create a pdf file. Just click on "Cancel" to leave the print interface.
2. Use a office type text editor Microsoft Office Word "2013 or newer" select new "blank document" or use Open Office select "Text Document".
Drag and drop the picture into the empty document. Select export as "PDF" from the file menu.
This also allows you to just paste the clipped picture directly. These programs both allow you to resize the picture, or change to landscape mode.
3. Use "IrfranView" a picture viewer and editor.
Right click on the pictures name in its' folder and select "Open with" and select "IrfanView".
From IrfanView's file menu select "Save as...". Change the "Save in:" folder to where you wish to place the finished file.
Change the "Save as type:" to "PDF - Portable Document Format". Make sure the "Show options dialog" is checked, then click "Save".
A small "Save PDF" pop-up window should appear, you can select any options you like, you just stay with the current setting. Click "Save". If the "Security" option is on, another pop-up window will appear asking you to set a password, you can just click on "OK" and it will set a random password (I.E. you will not be able to edit the PDF, but since you do not care this should be not problem.)
If you own Photoshop, it also can save PDFs. But its' output size is the worst of any of the other options.
##
Starting jpg file size = 268KB (791x847 96DPI 24 bit)
Chrome output pdf size = 349KB
Open Office Text pdf size = 104KB
Microsoft Word pdf size = not tested but should be about the same as Open Office
IrfanView pdf size = 69KB
Photoshop pdf size = 715KB

For all of these installs, read the EULs "End User Licenses" as you should with any software you install.
When I state "type in" you can also just cut and paste the links directly into a new address tab in your current browser, you also might be able to click on them directly.
##
Where to get "Chrome" (Free)
In your current browser, open a new tab and in the address window, type in "http://chrome.com/".
Select "Download" and "For Personal Computers". Click on the "Download Chrome" button.
The only part about the install will go over here is do not allow Chrome to be you default browser unless that is what you really want, else set it to "No" and "Do not ask again" or "Check again". I do not remember what it asks.
There are more steps involved to setting up Chrome like setting up a gmail account, which is optional.
But you have to make the each decision for yourself.
##
Where to get "Open Office" (Free)
A side benefit of installing this program is you now have an Office package on your system.
In your current browser, open a new tab and in the address window, type in "https://www.openoffice.org/".
Notice that this is a large download, 400 or more Mega Bytes.
One warning, if you have any of Microsoft Office programs on your system do not give Open Office default settings to open Microsoft Office documents or it will become the default program to open them.
##
Where to get "Microsoft Office" (Pay for)

A pop-up window "IrfanView Setup" should appear, look through the options (in general do not change any options except if you have multiple user accounts on your system and you think they might also like to have access to this program). Review the license and close the web page, If you agree with the license rules click next.
A new pop-up showing what is new in this version comes up, click next.
To the question "Do you want to associate extensions with IrfanView", just click next "basically selecting None".
In the next window uncheck "Install the free Google Toolbar" and click next.
In the "Ready to Install" window click next.
In the "Installation successful" window click Done.
The install program will open two windows, the program IrfanView and your default web browser "with the FAQ web page for IrfanView". Close both windows.
Launch the plugin installer as of 7/14/2015 "irfanview_plugins_438_setup.exe"

Another pop-up window "IrfanView PlugIns Setup" should appear stating "Installation successfull!", click OK.
