I live in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I have always had my Norton software set to English. However, I get frequent (at least once a week) marketing emails from Norton which are always in German, one of the 3 official languages of Switzerland, but rarely spoken in the western part of Switzerland where I live and where French is the primary language. I speak no German at all and only limited French. There are links at the top of these emails to change the language to French or Italian (the other official languages) but there is no way to change the language to English. It is annoying to have to cut and paste the text of these emails into Google Translate to read them.
It would help if the language setting in the software could also be used automatically for your emails, rather than only using the official language of the country where the subscriber lives.
