I am using Norton 360, with less than three months before renwal.
It is throwing errors.
Where is the Norton Technical Support contact numbers or chat links?
Please forgive me, but it seems that Norton is taking a page from Microsoft.
1. There is no official Norton location to enter the error message thrown and get a proper description of what it means and how to solve it.
2. After the first choice the assumption is that I am on my own, Norton doesn't have problems, deal with it.
3. Spend a hour or two learning how to navigate the Norton Community, spend an hour writing in painstaking detail what the problem is, and then enjoy the wait to wade through replies hoping that one of them might address your problem.
4. Call support - pay money to Norton - so I can help Norton debug their products - after I've already paid for the product.
This seems to be an exact replica of Microsoft's Community. At least Microsoft and I have an agreement. Microsoft pretends to write help notes and I pretend to read them.
Surely Norton doesn't mean to seem so rude and arrogant? Why would they want me to waste so much of my time on their product doing QA for them?
