I have a new installation of Norton 360 to replace a previous version but I keep getting reminders that the original is expired and to renew it.
How can I remove this old prescription to stop these annoying reminders to renew it.
The notifications will go away after some period of time. You cannot remove the old subscription but you might try calling support to see if they will delete it.
