How to Delete Individual File in Cloud Back Up Without Norton Back Up Drive

So, I have been backing up my files using the Norton Cloud for awhile now and I would like to free up some space on my default back up set. There are a few files and folders I would like to delete, but I don't know how. I have researched online and I noticed that there is a lot of talk about a Norton Back up Drive that you are supposed to find in Windows Explorer. I have no idea what that is and don't think I have it since I have searched on my PC to no avail.

I have already looked at the 'manage my back up sets' option, but all it can do is delete the entire back up set, which I do not want. Is there something I am missing?

You are welcome. Glad I could help.

Thank you!

To access the Norton Backup Drive in Window Explorer, you need to be signed into a Windows admin account. The click on This PC in the left pane, then you will see the Norton Backup Drive in the right pane. Double click on that and allow it time to populate the information from your cloud backup. Once you have the folders listed you can navigate to the ones you with to delete. Right click them and click Delete.   Done.
