How to disable annoying Norton Notifications

I have a surface tablet with built-in LTE, so Norton switches between "unlimited mode" on WIFI and "economy mode" on cellular.  My take: Follow the policy, but stop telling me. When I'm on the go, every time I connect with cellular or WIFI, there goes Norton again telling me something totally irrelevant.  I could care less.  Again, follow the policy I set, but stop reporting it to me AS IF I SHOULD CARE.

I turned off task notifications, but Norton continues to show pop-ups in the task bar every time I switch to cellular or back to WIFI.  Why does Symantec so disrespect its customers that it doesn't provide us the ability to keep annoyance notifications off our screen.  I read them as: Buy BitDefender you idiot, etc.

FYI

This is not a mobile issue. The images show a Windows installation and messages. Nothing to do with Norton Mobile Security.

Hello bharrel

Have you turned off the this Setting in Administrative Setting?Special Offer.JPGPlease remember to Apply the Setting you have made. Please log in as  a Administrator in Windows in order to make any changes to the settings in your Norton product.

You want to turn off Special Offer Notification setting.

Thanks.

I click off Norton "notifications" several a day. They are nothing but unwanted spam, and if you don't provide a way to shut them off or discontinue them VERY soon, I'm switching, which would be a shame because I have using your products for a very long time.

I'm not interested.
