I've recently purchased BT Broadband and installed their BT Virus Protect software which is a customised version of Norton Security (ver 22.23.10.10 in the apps about section as pictured below). So far I have found two bugs relating to how things work (or more precisely dont work correctly) in this app. Who at Norton can I contact/pm with screenshots and details please. They aren't showstopper bugs but they still need addressing!
The OS on my PC is Win 10 Pro and everything is fully up to date. I would include more screenshots but I dont see how I can do that but one bug on this pictured part is that the Credits scroll up and down arrows don't work. The other bugs are specific to where the BT Logos have been embedded into the software and what happens when you click on them - they change to white boxes (this also happens without clicking the logos sometimes to but clicking them makes this bug 100% repeatable).
I hope someone can help me, to help Norton (and BT), to help make this product better and work as it should.
