VPN stopped connecting yesterday, Norton support is limited to reinstall, but this fixes nothing
Update - 3 days later, I am still waiting for promised call-back from Norton's senior team (before Christmas?), in the meantime I have uninstalled/reinstalled 360 four times now, which changes nothing, TRUST is set at full, ports 500 and 4500 are open, and Window's 10 built-in VPN in conjunction with VPN connects with no problem (only problem is my 1 pop3 email account no longer works when connected)
I would sincerely appreciate any help with error 809 cause I am getting zit assistance from Norton

I am more than familiar with page brought up when clicking on error message, I am not a moron. So far, I reinstalled 360 three times, checked FULL TRUST, verified 500 and 4500, RESET NETWORK and complained to Norton 1001 by chat and by phone, they used to care, ten years ago, but today, reall don't give a shit. I would like to get VPN working again and the promised call back from Norton's escalated team never came on time, as they just don't give a shit anymore
