It was working last week. Now whenever I try to connect to it, it directs me to a page to solve the problem. But even after I followed all the steps there, I still can’t connect to the vpn, and the same message and page keeps popping up.
Thanks for the feedback. What is the version of the Norton VPN you have installed? It should be the standalone version 6.1.0.29, and not the Norton 360 VPN. Having both installed on a system will cause serious issues. Also. Have a look at this Microsoft article for some VPN setup and settings inside of Windows 11. I run Norton 360 Deluxe on my Windows 11 machine therefore I don't have the standalone to test for you on that OS.
