I have been unable to download bank account transactions for MONTHS. I've wasted more time than I can count trying to resolve this. Advised that the problem has been kicked up to a senior team. Net result: zip...zero...zilch...nada. I am unable to download transactions from USAA Federal Savings Bank, and Navy Federal Credit Union. Completely unsatisfactory. Up to this point (several months ago), I would describe myself as thoroughly satisfied with Norton. Now I have zero confidence my transactions are monitored...less confidence that I will ever see this problem resolved before I elect to find another vendor. If you expect to have a world class product, shouldn't you also feature world-class support?
