How to fix install error from norton.com/cspn360 which after turning VPN on lost all account info and said subscription had expired

Afer Install through LOGMEIN by technichian  Supervisor  to solve error 85404,100 and 104  One machine states that the subscription has expired  and  this was after supervisor install and update from norton.com/cspn360. and we changed to turn VPN   on to a differant country immediatly Norton lost all credentials .

I am aware Norton Core just moved to the Windows  Application  Module  Licencencing service WMI  . Its seems this may have not been takening into account with changes of VPN country and loosing licence information? i was expecting call back from manager but this has not transpired yet .
