How to fix "Permissions Have Been Turned Off "

Every day I get the message on email "Several app permissions were recently turned off on {my son's name} device". I would go and check his phone and make sure all permissions are allowed. He does not turn off the permissions himself, but I keep getting these messages. It also seems to happen whenever his phone is turned on.

Please can someone help with this as it is very annoying and I cannot figure out if something is actually not working.

1. You can confirm that all permissions are enabled from "Norton Family" app itself

   

2. Do not optimize "Norton Family" for battery usage
