GENERALLY THIS PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN - IF THERE IS A SECURITY ISSUE

 

OPEN NORTON 360,2010 - CLICK SETTINGS

 

-TURN ON SONAR PROTECTION,EARLY LOAD

-RUN LIVEUPDATE,RUN FULL SYSTEM SCAN

-RESTART THE COMPUTER AND CHECK

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH ERROR MESSAGE 8504,4

 

GENERALLY THIS PROBLEM ARISE - IF THERE IS A CONFLICT WITH OTHER APPLICATION OR NORTON FILE IS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED

 

TRY TO OPEN THE PRODUCT - NO GO

RUN NORTON REMOVAL TOOL ,RESTART THE COMPUTER,AGAIN RUN NORTON REMOVAL TOOL,RESTART THE COMPUTER

 

REINSTALL NORTON WITH CD OR DOWNLOAD NORTON TRIAIL FROM NORTON WEBSITE AND ACTIVATE THE NORTON USING THE PRODUCT KEY YOU HAVE

 

ISSUE WILL BE FIXED

 

IF ISSUE PERSIST AFTER THIS , PLEASE CONTACT NORTON

IF THERE IS A MESSAGE "OLDER NORTON PRODUCT IS REMOVED,PLEASE RESTART THE COMPUTER

 

IT YOU GET THE SAME MESSAGE AFTER RESTARTING THE NORTON
