How to fix time blocking issues

I keep receiving time blocked alerts from a Galaxy S10. Initially the time limit was set to 5 hours a day but phone isn’t being ‘actively used’ for 5 hours. Yesterday for example screen time was 14 minutes (average is 27 mins) but it says time was exceeded. Is Norton logging time when phone is just switched on or is there an error in what it is monitoring?

I also received a time exceeded message immediately phone was switched this morning which I believe is a known issues to be resolved - is there a work round in the meantime?

Thanks for reporting the issue. The time supervision issue has been resolved in our latest release and the same is available for the users to update. Please upgrade to the latest version.
