How to free up online backup space?

I have Norton 360, have used all my backup space, and want to delete some old files rather than buy more space. How do I do that?

I can see the Norton Backup Drive in Windows Explorer, but am unable to explore the online backups. I click Explore and get nothing.

Please advise.

The version is 3.5.2.11

Thanks  for the information. Please try following the instructions as outlined in scott_moen's post and tell me if this works:

Thanks. I did see that post and tried again just now. I find the “Backups on Secure Online Storage” folder, right click and select Explore, a progress bar seems to indicate it is being opened, but it never opens to let me do anything.

In this case, you will have to contact Symantec Customer Support (you can chat for free with them at the link below); explain the situation to them and tell them that you would like to have your online storage space purged:

Please tell me how it goes.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did this and my issues were taken care of quickly.

Glad the suggestion worked
