HOW TO GET HELP???? WHERE HAS NORTON SERVICE GONE?

This is it for me.

 

I just renewed, and I do so regret it. I did not give myself enough time to research alternatives, but I surely was NOT going to go through this again.

 

 I waited in the "live chat" for 15 minutes, and then My God in heaven, I had to use the bathroom so I lost my place in line.

 

Then i waited again, and some yo yo who finally go on after ANOTHER 15 minutes said I was in the comcast line, and that he needed to transfer me.

 

DO YOU KNOW, I AM STILL STILL STILL WAITING FOR THAT TRANSFER???? I DOUBT ANYONE WILL PICK UP.

 

The only thing Norton/symantec want to do is have people call and pay for service. Well all I need is some help with the software. I don't understand the firewall settings. I have looked all over, I have read everythig I jus don't understand it and I need some **bleep** help. just a little help talkig to a person.

 I wouldn't mind sending an email and asking, but mother of God they don't even take emails anymore.

 So what is that live chat for, if it wont' take calls from people who have Norton Internet Security?

 They want people to spent top dollar for NO SERVICE AND THEN PAY EXTRA FEES FOR WORK YOU DON'T NEED.


What has happened to Norton? It used to be so good. The service used t be excellent. I m ridding myuself of it. I could have spent half the cost to get this kind of brrush off.

 Guess what? That chat box STILL STILL SAYS " you are currently not connected to a chat representative."

 This is insulting. Nothign whatsover in the form I filled out said it was only for Comcast customers, nothing whatsoever in the form I filled out said the idiot at the other end, after waiting twice on hold, would blow me off because I'm not a Comcast customer.

 I have so had it. Idon't bloody understand the firewall and i have quesions nad I don't see where they are answered anywhere  and I want tot alk to a person A LIVE PERSON A LIVE PERSON.

 I DOUBT I TWOULD EVEN TAKE LONG.

 WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO NORTON SERIVCE? IT USED TO BE SO GOOD?

 THEY HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY CHEAPER, SO DID THEY SELL SYMANETC? WHAT HAPPENED? WHY ARE PEOPLE DUMPED ON LIKE THIS? I JUST RENEWD AND BOY AM I SORRY.

 YES, THIS IS A RANT, BUT AFTER SPENDING WHAT IS AN HOUR I THINK I OUGHT TO BLOODY WELL HAVE MY SAY. Nobody nobody should be shunted off by sone jerk who can't be bothered and not even given help and be lied to about "being transfered" because he can't help because I am not a comcast person. That is insulting, it is unprofessional, rude and shows norton has no concern for repeat business.
