For me it does not say "Open My Norton". Instead it says "Open Norton 360 for Gamers".

If so, I find it odd because now I can't even access VPN or some other features. So I am basically paying for subscription of something that I can only use partially. And if it let me switch from My Norton - Classic, why won't it let me switch back. This has to be a bug?

Mine looks different.
I have Antivirus, Firewall, Antispam, Task Scheduling, Adminstrative settings, Backup settings, and Exploit prevention.
But I do not have "Launch view". Never had it there, not even before I accidentally switched to classic.
Immediately after the installation I had "My Norton" open, then I switched to classic, and never seen it since.
Hmm.... I find that page a bit confusing because:

- Yet I managed to switch it, it gave me the option. But now it just doesn't give me any options to switch back from classic.

I have no such option. When I open it now, there is no "My Norton" anywhere, I've checked every menu, every setting, everything.
It is completely gone. Even from the taskbar button view, where it used to be.

Norton 360 Security/360 offers two views. My Norton view & Classic view.
You may launch My Norton or Classic view. You may call My Norton view or Norton 360 aka Classic view from tray icon. Are you using Windows Admin user account?

Open Norton 360 for Classic view
