Currently, I am testing its effectiveness at getting phishing sites blacklisted. For testing I used this site:
which is an active phishing site submitted over one month ago to all relevant services in my article. However, I found that it appears that Norton has not yet blacklisted the site. Can you please let me know if it is actually blacklisted or, if it is not, whether Norton even blacklists phishing sites? If so, can you please let me know which submission method would be more effective?
