How to get rid of a Norton ad after a smart Scan

After a Smart Scan is done, View Solutions comes up. When that is clicked, an ad for Norton Utilities comes up. Unable to view solutions. How can I get rid of the ad ?

after CCleaner -> Run Cleaner

Smart Scan finds the same 5 trackers.  View Solution calls Norton AntiTracker ad.   

Note: I don't want Norton touching my cookies: Just me.

Maybe, check your History -> File Cleanup ... after you run Smart Scan

Cannot fix identified issues because of the ad. After I delete the ad, it's all gone
