How to Highlight part of reply from a post?

Users Reply to my posts, and the part they refer to is boxed in gray at the top-

I can't figure out how to do this?

Just an add-on:

If you click on the [" "] icon at the right of the Quote one when you are on a new line one you get an empty quote box

and you can copy some specific part of a message or even something from some other source you have on screen and paste it into the empty box:

when you are on a new line

So you do not have to quote the entire message just to deal with a specific point. In fact old-timers in Forums (before here) will remember how much this was frowned upon!

If the cursor is at the end of the quoted text, hitting the enter key twice will also move you out of the quote box.

Thank you!- Double Enter worked Good!

Hello

There is a red line on the bottom of the grey quote. Click on the right hand side  of the red line on the corner and the red line will disappear. Then you can start typing.

Thanks.

Re: Do you mean like this? Click on the symbol to the right of the smilie symbol in the set of symbols next to the Macros. It looks like a boxed quotation mark.

I got the gray box OK- Now how do you close... the box, and start adding text below it in the white?
