Hello. I am trying to update with the instructions. When I go to Device Security I cant find the next step.
This sounds like you may have Windows in S mode. If you have Windows in S Mode, you cannot install the regular Norton 360. You need to install Norton UWP app from the Windows store. See this Norton Product Announcement. https://community.norton.com/en/blogs/product-service-announcements/nort...
From what I can find, it appears the Norton UWP app does not have the backup feature.
When I click the settings button I only get the options of About,General,Device Security,Secure VPN. When I click device security Just gives trusted networks. When I open Device Security just shows network security

From My Norton view -> Device Security -> click Open
-> click Settings
-> click Backup Settings
