I have a valid NIS 2011 license on my computer that will expire in 4 days. Rather than press the "renew" button on my subscription, I bought NIS 2012 from Amazon. When I try to download NIS 2012, I have had nothing but problems. Halfway through the installation, I get a message that it wants to uninstall NIS 2012 and gives me two choices for the uninstall. My question is do I need to completely uninstall my current NIS 2011 software before loading the new NIS 2012 ?
