How to install Safety Minder on Windows 7 (always receive error messages)

I want to install online familiy safety on my new computer under Windows 7. After downloading the files and executing them, it always want to remove a norton product, but cannot do it and an error message appears saying:

The installation has encountered an error and is unable to continue.

 

What could be the issue here and how to solve it?
