Dear Forum,
Until just recently I went to do a full back up with Norton N360 - It then proceeded to give me an error "8504, 104" - I then had to uninstall and reinstall the new version.
I never knew that there was an issue or a new version of Norton and am very frustrated with it happening again.
Last time I was informed by a webchat technical assist. I always try my best to try and check that I am operation the current version.
I am a non tech savvy person, so any assistance would be grateful
