How to make contact with Technical support For Norton Ghost 14.0

I have been trying to get Norton Ghost to work on my machine without success.  I've had at least 4 different technicians log on and try to install it without success.  In all I've spent over 20 hours on the phone without any of them succeeding.  Furthermore, several have uninstalled key programs (e.g norton 360) without reinstalling it at the end of the session.  I've been promised that the "reasearch team" would call with in 48 hours -- a week ago. The bottom line is that unless you wish to wait for a session, or be anchored to the phone there isn't a way to contact technical support.  Is there an email address to which I can complain to?  I can't belief how poorly technical support has handled the technical problem and the issue of customer relations.
