If you want to use the security offerings of your ISP, you might as well wait until your current Norton subscription expires, or you would have paid for something and not gotten your money’s worth. This would be true even if the ISP is offering a Norton solution. There is no way to transfer your current Norton subscription to any other supplier of the product.

If you do move to the ISP offering, you need to go into your Norton Account and be sure you have disabled Automatic Renewal for all subscriptions. Then remove your payment information from your Norton Account. Then you will need to fully removed your current Norton product using the Norton Remover tool found here. Download and run the Norton 360 Remover tool for Windows Use the Remove Only option. Then be sure to restart your computer to complete the uninstall. Restart, not shutdown and startup again.

Then you would be free to sign up for and install the offering from your ISP. You will then have to manage your subscription from the ISP website. Norton will no longer be involved.
