Hi -- I need some help.
I subscribe to Norton Internet Security.
I keep getting a pop-up message asking for the Norton Utilities activation code. There are several problems:
1. I can't ascertain how to get the code.
2. When I go to the Norton website, there seems to be no way to get direct customer service and no way to find answers to the activation question.
3. I'm not sure what the relationship is between Norton Internet Security and Norton Utilities. Are they 2 separate services, or do the utilities come bundled with Internet Security?
I would appreciate any enlightenment anyone can provide.
