Hey JenyVazquez,

 

I totally agree with you regarding this. Instead of diverting the entire topic to another, we should all appreciate the help given.

Although am still getting the issue regarding the BHO being disabled, and am pretty sure, because I my self tested in my laptop and no one else has used the laptop. Am sure they will get it fixed :)

What browser and version do the children use, Firefox?

Hi Katie,

 

Please note that when the SafetyMinder browser plugins are disabled, the explicit websites I have configured on the Online Family portal to be blocked, no longer are blocked!

 

Can you please verify this is the case?

I am using Windows 7 Starter Edition on one computer and using Windows 7 Enterprise Edition on the other and both of them running ie respectively.
