My Norton 360 is due to renew in 3 days and I have realized that I'm not making use of all the features it offers (i.e., I only have one computer and I am not using the back-up feature). I have researched the other options and it seems that Norton Security Standard offers the same anti-virus and firewall protection I'm getting now without the options I don't need. I would like to download the new product instead of renewing my current one but I suspect I shouldn't do that without first getting the 360 off my computer. Is someone here able to give me guidance as to what steps I should take? (I tried to do online chat but no one came on after a very long wait so I'm trying this.)
I'm running Norton 360 version 22.7.1.32. As stated, it is due to expire on 10/29/16. Thank you.
