Although Norton Security scans a downloaded file for my RCA Digital Voice Recorder --- RCADIGITALVOICEMGR5112.exe --- as "safe", the file is rated suspicious by VirusTotal. I was looking for a way to install the RCA Digital Voice Manager on my PC, but this downloaded file does not appear to be what I want anyway. Although downloaded, I did not execute or install. I could simply delete, but I thought maybe quarantine would be better. However, my 22.8.1.14 version of Norton Security does not seem to have a manual quarantine option where I can select a file myself to quarantine [from Web research, prior NS versions seemed to have this option as instructions to do so can be found]. Any suggestions as what might be best to do to get rid of this downloaded file? Running current version 1607 of Windows 10. Thanks much.
