How to re-download the Norton Online Backup (25GB)

Can someone suggest how I would go about using my software that I bought online at Norton on a new computer that is replacing my previous laptop?  I did not save the download to a file.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I could not find a customer support email address or toll-free.  Thanks in advance for any help.

After you bought the sofware, you had to get an email about it. Check your spam/junk folders too.

By the way which product did you have bought? Maybe we can give you the link to download it too. You only need the subscription key to install the norton product.

I do have the email and the subscription key, I just need to know about how to re-download the software.  Thanks in advance for your reply.

First off, I apologize for wasting your time on this question, when I went back into the email I saw "donwload now" and was able to load the software on my computer so that problem is solved.  And the product was the Norton Online Backup 1.0 25GB.

 

Now the question is how do I delete the previous back-up so I can create room for this data? 

If you login to the Online Backup page (https://nobu.backup.com/) you should see the option there for delete the backups you created before.
