I am doing some testing. I have a "teenager" account setup for warning on pornagraphy. The first time this "user" visits, it gives me the warning like I'd suspect. But then afterwards, it lets me right in every time. My preference is that it would always warn me every time until I explicitly "allow" it from the administrators console. How is this supposed to work?
Even then, when I go to the Activity reports I can see what happened. When I click on that particular "blocked website" and then choose the "Leave Site Blocked", it seemd to have no effect. What should this action do?
Thanks!
This doesn't seem very user friendly. In your reports, if my teenager views a site I find objectional, then even in your reports, its stops showing up as a "questionable".
Ideally, when a user asks to see content after being warned, I would want that content to always be considered "questionable" until I approve it as OK. Your system has it the exact opposite.
Another question, why can't I explicitly block a site when the system is operating in "Give a warning" mode. It woud be nice ot have this in addition to "Give a warning" option where you can specify specific the site.
One last feature request, give me the option of adding the site to the "always give warning/block" from the activity report.

Hi tojorush,
Please note that we have the feature to block sites presently.
Please read following link to know how to add a web site to black list: https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/help/blocking-a-website.jsp
Thanks,

How can I "block" a website if the user has a "Give a warning but allow USER on the site anyway"?
Also, can your team make it possible to "Block a site" from the "Activity->Web" report? So if I see a site that should be blocked while looking at the report, I can just click a button and have it added to the "Blocked" list.
A really nice feature would be to have the site continued to be flagged until the administrator/parent explicitly allows it. This way the the site would continue to show up as "questionable" in the activity report.
Thanks!
Hi tojorush,
Thanks for your suggestions and I will add them to our enhancement list. As Syed has mentioned earlier, all the features you asked are available in the product if Web activity supervision is set to Block the site.
Thanks,
Katie
