I'm not quite understanding part of the situation. Could you explain what exactly you are doing when you are "...recovering *Outlook* from Norton Ghost 10.0..."? What did you image? And what specifically is restored? Thanks!
Hi Tony,
What I was trying to recover was my Outlook personal folders and address book which got deleted.
I recovered the file *Outlook* file from Ghost but no personal folders nor address book was to be found when I opened Outlook...
Fortunately, I had installed Microsoft Outlook backup and what I ended up doing is recover that file from Ghost and voila!
All my deleted files and address book are now back
That’s great news! I’m glad you were able to resolve the problem. Thank you for the quick reply.
