Hi, I inadvertently downloaded the trial version of NIS, and this removed my Norton Antivirus. My mother purchased the product. It does not show on my account, but should show on her account. But we do stay in different provinces. I then removed the NIS trial version and now I don't have any version of Norton Antivirus. I have the product key and it was previously renewed, but I am not sure that I completed the download as it did not show on my account. Though the product key renewed the Norton Antivirus, and I still have 360 days left on it, I am now at a loss as to how to download it without having to access my mother's account, she seems rather reticent to understand that the download is on her account. I am using the same PC, so it should show as renewed on this PC somewhere.
Also please advise if I renewed it, but did not download it from the account from which it was purchased, but only with a product key, then did it install the latest download or only renew.
Don't know if this makes sense, I sincerely hope so. Hope somebody can assist.
