How to remove bad files?

I'm a newbie my reputation scan says i have 150,000,000 bad files  how can i remove thease bad files without resorting to the potentialy dangerous "Power Eraser"????????????????????

Those "bad files" are not on your computer - the number shown is a statistic.  That figure represents the total number of bad files that Symantec has collected and analyzed from ALL machines.  Also, even if an Application Ratings scan or Reputation scan should find a bad file or two on your computer, you should not delete them - there is too great a chance of removing something that is required by one of your programs.  Norton watches these files closely so they can do no damage, and it is always best to let Norton handle the things that Norton finds.  If any user action is ever required, Norton will place a notice on your screen to let you know.
