How to remove hidden user account "Symantec"

So I've been having trouble installing Norton Internet Security 2011 on my computer, I did online chat support and the guy couldn't solve my problem, so now my problem was redirected to a Case Manager, who also couldn't finish the problem, I have no idea what happened while on remote assisstance it just ended the session, and well the support was a joke, he gave me his e-mail and hasn't replied and it's been days since then, I honestly gave up but there's one problem on my computer.

The case manager created a new user admin account named "Symantec" on my Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit OS to try and install Norton on a new account, and everytime I turn on the computer it just tries to log in it saying it is the incorrect password, after i log into another account I don't see this Symantec User account in my User Accounts in control panel, it is very annoying having this hidden account on my computer because of some case manager that put some settings on my computer but didn't resolve the issue, get back to me, or tell me how to fix it myself.

So how do I remove this hidden user account?

Hang on while we see if Norton can help resolve what went wrong with your support session. I don't think their user account is likely to be harmful although irritating I'm sure every time you log in

You see, that is the problem, when I go to step 5 The Symantec account isn't there, it just shows when I start up Windows in the Log-in screen, that's why I said it was hidden, I've already tried Norton Power Eraser, Removal Tool, CD installer, Online installer, removing Norton and Symantec from system files and registry, running on Kaspersky 2011 Trial version at the moment, fully-updated Windows/Anti-virus, did a full system scan and no threats found, I had Norton Antivirus 2011 installed right before, that's why I doubt it's Viruses from keeping me from installing this program.

My Lord,

Please hang on -- Norton are advised and active on this for you.

It will help everyone to know what went wrong both before and during the Support action.

Hello Emin_ence,

I saw your issue and forwarded it on to Support Agents.

They should be getting in contact with you via either direct email or thru this thread very soon.

I got an e-mail from another Case Manager, and what went wrong the other time was that basically he was trying to remove Norton completely on my computer before doing a reinstall removing it from add/remove programs and regedit, and I don't know what happened with the rescueme agent, anyway he did give me his e-mail but the other case manager never replied, but he tried to install it on a new user account with admin rights, and well it didn't work, so from my understanding he downloaded a trial of registry crawler to delete all norton and symantec registry keys, and he wasn't able to delete all the keys, then he reseted all the acls in my registry, which i have no idea what that did since it still didn't install it, but we just lost connection or something and weren't able to get back, so i think he left the restart settings to log into the symantec user account to connect to the remote access agent, but I suppose I could schedule a time for this other case manager to help me.
