How to remove old computer from NIS account

I have three PCs, and two NIS 3-license accounts.  I only have one remaining license.  How do I remove PCsthat I no longer have, or that are running Fedora Linux and can't use NIS?  I want to remove the two "phantom" PCsfrom my accounts, then combine the three existing PCs on a single account.

Hello ArloSmurf

They say the quickest way is to use the free customer chat link which was given in the prior post. Thanks.

Hi ArloSmurf,

Welcome to the Norton Community.

There is a new feature called Norton Management which was introduced in Norton 2012 which you can use in the future to free up activations without involving Customer Service.

Please see the following post for more details.

You will still need to contact Customer Service for your present issue but in the future when faced with a similar circumstance you can utilize the Norton Management feature.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

Allen
