I have run out of online storage, but most of the files I have backed up are several years old, so I want to delete them to create new space. However I cannot find a workable way to do this.
If I go to 'Norton Backup Drive' in Windows Explorer, the display does not tell me the date when any of the files were saved.
If I use the Norton 360 interface I have to click every item I want to delete. If I have a folder with 400 sub folders I cannot just select the main folder, I have to select every single sub folder one at a time. The window in which the files are displayed cannot be resized and sometimes it is not possible to have both the date of a file and the selection box visible at once, so I have to continually scroll the window left and right to select the items I want.
Is there anything else I can do? It will take many hours to use this interface to delete all the old files and the process is so tedious that mistakes will be hard to avoid.
