How to remove products from account?

I need to remove expired product from my account.

 

How can I do?

This topic has been raised in the past and the final word was that the old product information could not be removed by the user.  Off the top of my head I do not remember the reasoning for it being left there - perhaps someone else can remember.

I thought it might be something like that, but wasn't sure. After checking a while ago, my account still has old expired NAV products from 2005 and 2006. The most current is when I switched from NAV to NIS in 2007. Since then, I've kept a constant subscription and just upgrade.
