How to remove seats of Norton security suite

Hi,

Need to know how do I reset seats of Norton security suite offers by Comcast ?

I get error 106 when I try to remove any computer listed of activation screen.

norton directs me to Comcast and Comcast directs me to norton

whats a fix for this ?
