Try the following:
Run your PC in safe mode (by pressing the F8 key from the keyboard before windows starts loading), select "Safe mode with command prompt" and click enter. Log-in as Administrator, use this command when command promp appears:
type del C:\WINDOWS\system32\bthservp.dll and press enter to delete the infected file.
You can also try programs such as "Unlocker" to "unlock" the file so you can delete it without starting your PC in safe mode.
If you are able to successfully delete the file, you may encounter error messages after Windows loads normally, but we can talk about them later :) First, try to delete all infected files.
