Just before i explain my problem,would just like to say im not very knowledgeable about computers.Ok,i downloaded what i thought was silverlight but some other adware came in with it.i used the norton power eraser to get rid of three of the programmes but no matter what i do,i cannot uninstall 2 things called ''software updater'' and ''zombie news'' ive followed nortons advice with the eraser, gone to advance settings and uninstall unwanted apps, they both appear after the scan but when i click on uninstall,nothing happens and i cant get rid of them.ive gone to my laptops control panel and tried to uninstall that way but no luck either,(i use windows 7) any help would be greatly appreciated.
