how to repair unused file extension NORTON INTERNET SECURITY

my pc win 7 64 bit, i use CCLEANER and  AVG utilities had got  2  issue registry NORTON  ANTIVIRUS media status sink  & media status sink 1 and that  issue can not be delete.  thanks you,
