How to report a false positive detection on my published app

Hi, I'm developer of a stock market app.

Recently, my user complained that, "Norton Security and Antivirus" report my stock market app is having privacy risk, send email info to Chennai India. Please refer to attachments.

2 ways we need email. 1 is when using in-app feedback form, and user grants us explicitly permission to reply to user email. Another way is making use of stock alert email feature. Please refer to attachments.

May I know, how can I flag "Norton Security and Antivirus" Android app team, to remove such false positive?

There is no sign that Norton is blocking the email from your app. There is no Norton icon and no mention of Norton in those screenshots. Check the Android settings or the settings in the email app.
