I receive an unexpected email containing a .docx attachment which my up-to-date N360 scans as okay.
However, the .docx contains 3 files which masquerade as .docx but are actually VB scripts. So maybe this is a trojan?
The original file has a password. When submitted to virustotal.com, detection ratio is 0/57.
When the file is saved without a password, virustotal.com gives a detection ratio of 13/57. Several of them give its name as VB:Trojan.Valyria.225.
Would Symantec like to have this email with its attachment and if yes, how do I submit it?
Many thanks! ..Bill..
