Using NIS 2011 on Windows 7. (Soon to be NIS 2012.)
I like to run Norton Power Eraser once or twice a year, just to see what it comes up with. Usually, it reports 'no threats', which is no suprise since I'm protected by NIS.
However, my most recent scan resulted in NPE incorrectly identifying Net Nanny (parental control software) as malicious.No big deal, but I'd like to report the details to Symantec so they can see for themselves. Is there an official channel for this?
