I have a file that passes the Corporate 10.1.6 scan, but if you actually run the executable it removes NAV and infects the computer with a file called hldrrr.exe.
All I want is to report this to the security response team at Symantec, but they have no easy way to do so, no simple form online or email address, I tried adding the file to the Quarantine in the program, and it gets flagged as GLP infected, but that is non-sense, since ANY file, even an empty file gets marked as infected with that GLP. and the REPORT TO symantec option is greyed out.
so.. how can I report a file that passes the scan and the quarantined section of the NAV doesn't allow me to do so?
